Chapter 83 Daydreamer 

At that moment, the roar of a high–end sports car’s engine filled the air. 

Among a fleet of luxury cars, a sleek sapphire–blue sports car pulled up in front of Gianna and Kelly. 

Thiago stepped out of the passenger seat, his right hand still in a cast. “Gianna, I’m here!” 

Gianna looked at Thiago’s injured hand with concern. “You’re driving around even before your hand has healed.” 

She had secretly returned to the country this time to ensure that Thiago could recuperate properly in Flenning, but she hadn’t expected him to follow her here. 

“I missed you! 

“And since I got injured, it’s a good time to come back and keep you company.” 

Thiago glanced at Levi, a cold huff, proudly displaying his intimate relationship with Gianna. He signaled to the driver to hand the keys to Gianna. “Today, you’re driving.” 

“You trust me that much?” 

Gianna hesitated, looking at the keys in her hand. 

In the nights following the accident, she had occasionally been awakened by nightmares. She dreamed of Thiago’s death and feared she would never see her family again. 

It was all thanks to Naomi! 

“Of course.” Thiago stepped forward and bumped shoulders with Gianna. “It’s all in the past now.” “Well, it’s a good opportunity to test your new car,” Gianna said with a faint smile. Indeed, it was all in the past. She refused to believe that Naomi would dare to arrange a second accident. She controlled her destiny, and she wouldn’t succumb to mere nightmares. 

Before Thiago left, he turned to Levi with an utterly stern expression. “Take care of your mistress. Don’t let her run amok again. If it weren’t for Gianna insisting on involving the police in the car accident, we wouldn’t have hesitated to handle it privately!” 

Levi felt a deep sense of frustration in his chest, and he suddenly shouted toward Gianna in front of him, “When the child is born, I’ll separate from Naomi!” 

Seeing that Gianna didn’t respond at all, a feeling of reluctance rose in his heart. “Then, can you forget all of this and start anew…” 

He didn’t finish his sentence. Gianna suddenly stopped, and Levi’s heart skipped a beat. 

Could it be that she was waiting for him to change his mind too? 

Gianna turned around, her smile tinged with a hint of amusement. She walked up to Levi, 

playfully raised her eyebrows, and then stomped her foot forcefully. The fine heel dug into Levi’s 

shoe. 

She gave it a twist. 

“Does it hurt?” Gianna stared at Levi. “Are you awake now? Daydreamer!” 

Levi endured the pain, his slightly furrowed brow showing his frustration. 

He had indeed been thinking too much. After all the neglect and hurt for so long, it wasn’t something that could be forgotten with just a few words. 

“Let’s go!”

Chapter 83 Daydreamer 

Gianna said, pulling away her heel, and left with Thiago and Kelly. 

After dropping Kelly off at her home and heading back to the Lewis House, Thiago mentioned that his hand was hurting. 

Gianna, worried, immediately took him to the hospital. 

After an emergency room visit, the doctor diagnosed it as fatigue–related pain. 

Gianna felt relieved. The long flight had been tiring, after all. 

On the other side of the hospital bed, the ER doctor pulled back the curtain and spoke frankly, “It’s just normal fetal movements. No need to be alarmed.” 

Naomi touched her belly with her delicate hand, her expression relaxing. 

“Then I’ll be relieved.” 

Since the car accident had been exposed, Levi’s attitude towards her had worsened. 

This child was now Naomi’s only lifeline. 

“Gianna, do you want me to help you get revenge?” Thiago lifted his gaze and met Naomi’s eyes from the adjacent bed, a smirk playing on his lips. 

“Here? Revenge for what?” She thought. 

Gianna, currently with her back to Thiago, hadn’t noticed the person nearby. 

Naomi, sensing the gaze, raised her head and saw Gianna standing on the other side, radiant as 

ever. 

Thinking about the attention Gianna had garnered tonight, Naomi couldn’t help but stand up. “Gianna! Give back my grandfather’s thumb ring!” 

Gianna only then realized what Thiago meant, but she had no intention of engaging with this person. She simply supported Thiago and prepared to leave. 

“I’m talking to you. Haven’t you heard me?” Naomi hurried a few steps to block Gianna’s path.
