Chapter 54 Bully You
“Ms. Lewis, I couldn’t stop him…” The secretary followed in, looking troubled.
Gianna remained calm and said, “It’s alright. Close the door.”
Enrick’s ribs have healed much, and the gauze on his face has been removed. “Ms. Lewis, I saw the project plan with the Valken Group and found my name isn’t on it. Did they forget to include me?” Gianna twirled the golden pen in her hand and calmly replied, “They didn’t forget. I didn’t let them add your name.”
“Ms. Lewis, this is what we agreed upon at the beginning.” The smile vanished from Enrick’s face, replaced by a sinister look. “It’s quite disgraceful of you to burn bridges like this.”
Gianna fixed her sharp gaze on Enrick and said, “Remember, I’m the boss, and I have my reasons for making decisions.”
Enrick no longer bothered with politeness. Through gritted teeth, he said, “Ms. Lewis, you shouldn’t push people around that much.”
“Is that sq? Well, I am bullying you. What will you do about it?”
Gianna smiled nonchalantly and tossed a thick stack of photos onto the table. She lifted her delicate chin and said, “Mr. Morgan, if someone like you were involved in the Valken Group’s project, I’m afraid there would be a lot of trouble.”
Enrick picked up the photos and was instantly shocked. His legs trembled as he looked at Gianna in horror and asked, “Where did you get these?”
“I have plenty more. Do you want me to get more for you, Mr. Morgan?”
“No, there’s no need…”
Enrick’s confidence instantly waned.

Gianna lightly tapped the desk with her slender fingers and sneered, “I guessed right, didn’t I? You’ve been secretly taking pictures of others before.
“I can contact all these people. If they found out they were photographed while engaging in private affairs with you, don’t you think they would want to kill you?”
Enrick’s heart pounded. He never expected that his small hobby would be discovered by Gianna. But considering the profits of the Valken Group’s project, he decided to go all–in.
“Ms. Lewis, don’t think you can threaten me with these photos. Most of them have benefited greatly from me. If it’s about losing face, we’ll lose face together, and I’m not afraid.
“Ms. Lewis, it’s better to stop prevaricating and add my name to the project as soon as possible. Otherwise, future cooperation will be difficult for you.”
“Don’t waste your efforts. I said I won’t add it.” Gianna remained confident in her control. She changed the subject and said to Enrick, “Mr. Morgan, if you tell me who your backstage supporte is in Valken Group, I might change my mind.”
Enrick was so angry that he couldn’t speak. It wasn’t that he didn’t want to say, but once he did, would confirm his betrayal of company secrets.
Enrick knew that if he confessed now, Gianna and Liam would undoubtedly take him responsib in the future. “I can’t involve myself in such foolish acts of betraying my own connections,” Enri thought.
“Just you wait!”
Chapter 34 Mally You
Having uttered those words, Enrick stormed out, slamming the door behind him.
Erwin turned to Gianna and asked, “Ms. Lewis, should we remove such a person from the company?”
“No need. He has a complicated background, and I still need him to lead us to the higher–ups behind him.”
Gianna instructed Erwin, “Keep a close eye on his activities in the company. Report immediately if anything seems suspicious.”
“Okay.”
Erwin added, “The Valken Group just called. They said the meeting this afternoon is ready.”
“Okay.”
Gianna suddenly remembered Maverick and asked, “What is Maverick doing?”
“I checked his schedule, and he took the earliest flight to Mandester this morning.”
“Perfect! Finally, no one will bother me.” Gianna smiled contentedly.
At noon,
Liam called to apologize, explaining that they had an urgent project development seminar, and said if Gianna or Levi had any questions regarding the progress, they could discuss it with the board members.
Gianna agreed and went to Valken Group with Erwin.
Glamorously dressed, carrying a rare white crocodile skin Hermès Birkin bag, and wearing an elegant blue suit, Gianna entered the conference room with graceful steps.
Levi was already sitting inside. When he saw that elegant figure in blue, his slender fingers froze on the table. His eyes revealed a complex emotion.
Erwin pulled out the chair for Gianna to sit down, then stood silently behind Gianna.
Gianna first greeted the board members with a gentle smile, then glanced at Levi, coldly addressing him, “Mr. Rivera.”
Levi felt deeply stung by Gianna’s clear coldness. A suppressed anger burned in his chest, but he couldn’t vent it. He replied coldly, “Hi.”
