Naomi continued, “Revealing the truth is not impossible. But you have to promise me something in return. Get me out of Silver City and provide me with substantial money for my future.”
“Okay.”
With just one word, Naomi was taken aback. She hadn’t expected Levi to go this far for Gianna. “If you had known things would turn out like this, you wouldn’t have gotten involved from the beginning.” She smirked.
“No need for regrets, Naomi. My patience has its limits.”
Naomi shook her head slightly. “Levi, I’m not naive. I won’t reveal everything right now. How can I ensure my safe departure from this place if I do? Unless you see me out of the city, I’ll disclose ther truth once I’m far away from here.”
Levi remained silent, looking at her with disdain. “I’m Levi. There hasn’t been anyone in this world who could threaten me,” he declared.
After speaking, Levi instructed his b*dyguards to come in and ordered, “Hand her over to Gunner. Two hours is more than enough.”
Naomi, seeing Levi’s determination, was dumbfounded.
“No, Levi, I’ll talk… I’ll talk…”
Levi didn’t budge. The b*dyguards approached, ready to take Naomi away.
She felt a surge of fear, knowing that she would meet her end if she were handed over to Gunner. She didn’t want to die.
“Levi, the child isn’t yours. That night, you were drunk, and nothing happened between us. I deliberately set a trap to make you believe the child was yours…”
Naomi felt her throat tighten with emotion as she made her confession. As her words hung in the air, the b*dyguards abruptly stopped, and Naomi collapsed.

Tears streamed down Naomi’s face.
Suddenly, the door swung open, revealing Gianna standing at the entrance with an air of mystery. She seemed like a mere observer, her inner emotions undisturbed.
As her eyes locked with Levi’s, they no longer held the deep affection and longing of the past but instead resembled a calm and serene lake.
“Mr. Rivera, is this the reason you invited me here?”
Gianna had already deduced the situation. She continued, “The package, the one you sent to me, was it indeed from you, correct?”
Levi didn’t deny it.
But Gianna knew what he means. Levi had made great efforts to reignite the past romance between Naomi and Gunner, demonstrating that Naomi had no link to him and that the child from
years ago was unrelated to him.
Levi gestured for his b*dyguards to escort Naomi out, leaving just Gianna and Lexi in the hallway.
Despite not being legally married, they had shared an intimate connection and had a*sumed the roles of husband and wife for three years.
Now, they were like strangers, as unfamiliar with each other as two people who had never crossed. paths.
“Gianna, if Naomi was the cause of our separation in the past, can we consider this
misunderstanding resolved?” Levi asked.
“I never crossed any boundaries with her. So, can we start anew?” He pleaded.
At one point, Levi, a man known for his pride and arrogance, humbled himself and put aside his ego to explain the truth to her.
