Eileen pursed her l*ps, about to say something when Yvette walked over and sneered at Vera. “You’re really foolish. I remember who came last in today’s test. It was you! Only Eileen, for the sake of your friendship, gave you the opportunity to remain in the Olympiad Math Cla*s. by claiming to be heading to some kind of enrichment program. You’ve got some nerve to ask her to come back to the Olympiad Math Cla*s!”
Vera remained indifferent, smiling faintly but not saying anything.
Eileen, picking up her backpack, spoke up for Vera. “I go to the enrichment program because it helps me aim to become the top scholar. I didn’t do it for anyone.”

I remember last year or the year before, the top scorers in both and sciences were from Cloudbury Public School”
Benjamin replied. “I’m not sure, we’ll know once the exams are done.”
