Chapter 143 Better Than Facing Eric
No one would ever expose their ugliest side to others, without exception.
Eileen never expected him to suddenly approach her.
Tim not hungry, and I don’t really feel like eating yet.”
No sooner had the words left her mouth than the scent of parsley wafted over, causing Eileen’s stomach to growl.
Sharon laughed and said, “Eileen is shy because she thinks she’s not presentable enough to meet anyone.”
“What’s wrong with her face? Didn’t you say she was fine?” Jasper deliberately lied.
Sharon responded, “Yes, it is. Eileen, your face is better now, there’s nothing to worry about.”
Eileen touched her own face, and it didn’t seem to hurt as much as before.
Only then did she reveal herself. Her face was indeed a bit swollen but much better than before. There were still red spots on her neck, but they had faded somewhat.
Also, Eileen was already hungry.
“I can eat by myself.”
“But you still have an IV in your hand. Let me feed you.” Jasper brought the spoon to her l*ps.
She felt that it would be rude to continue refusing.
“Sorry for the trouble.”

If possible, he would feed her every day.

Sharon explained, “Vera suggested adding some pepper for a more fragrant flavor. I wasn’t sure if you’d like this taste, so I brought it for you to try. How is it? Do you like it?”
Eileen narrowed her eyes and softly said, “I’m okay.”

Seeing her feeling down. Jasper said understandingly, “You like ravioli? I’ll bring some for you next time. If you dont like pepper. I won’t add any”
Eileen asked, “Will you really?”
Edeen had inherited her mother’s obsession with ravioli.
Sharon went on to say that Eileen’s mother used to love the ravioli from the stall next to the station. Later on, she made a special effort to learn how to make them.
However, the taste was nowhere near as delicious as the ravioli Eileen’s mother had at the station. The ingredients for the meat filling that Sharon used were all the same, but it still seemed to lack a certain flavor.
“Why not?” Jasper looked at her neck. “Why aren’t you wearing the necklace I gave you? Don’t you like it?”
Eileen’s heart skipped a beat. “No, that necklace is too precious. I was afraid of losing it, so I put it away. Next time, I promise I’ll wear it.”
“Mm-hmm.”
The distracted Eileen went on to eat the ravioli that Jasper fed her.
Once she had finished, Jasper handed the empty bowl to Sharon.
After that, he pulled out a tissue to wipe the corners of her mouth. As soon as he touched her, Eileen instinctively recoiled, unaccustomed to the contact.
“Don’t move,” he said in a gentle voice.
After wiping, he threw the tissue into the trash bin.
He then instructed, “I would like to have a private chat with Eileen.”
Sharon replied, “Alright, I’ll wait outside.”
Eileen watched as Sharon walked away.
Jasper, with his attractive eyes, was gazing at her. “I’ve already spoken to the school authorities. You can return to school next week, and no one will bother you anymore.”
Eileen nervously gripped the bedsheet beneath her.
Does he already know? It shouldn’t come as a surprise, as there were quite a few people
