Chapter 806 Long-term Sleep
Perhaps it was because he didn’t believe in Dr. Garie. That night, Joe woke up
several times, but every time he woke up, Charlotte was sleeping soundly.
If it weren’t for the fact that he was certain that she was only asleep, Joe would
have suspected that she had fainted.
Charlotte did not wake up until the next morning.
Joe wanted to wake her up, but when his fingers were about to touch her, he
chose to give up.
Joe quickly went downstairs and saw Dr. Garie. When Dr. Garie saw him, Dr.
Garie even leisurely poured him a cup of coffee.
Seeing how relaxed Dr. Garie was, Joe’s anxiety eased.
“You knew I would come looking for you?” Joe looked hesitantly at Dr. Garie.
Dr. Garie snorted coldly and glared at Joe.
“I didn’t finish what I told you yesterday, but you ran away in a hurry. As a result, I
had to wait for you here this morning.”
Only then did Joe remember that after seeing Charlotte faint yesterday, he had
hurriedly carried her up. He seemed to have heard Dr. Garie calling him from
behind.
“Well…”
For the first time, Joe felt a bit awkward.
Fortunately, Dr. Garie was already used to it. He glanced at Joe, “Yesterday, I

more, you have come here. How can I refuse you?”
Joe nodded and continued: “As long as you need it, I can do it for you.”
Dr. Garie had heard this too many times, so he did not comment.
“Well, there’s another thing I’m waiting for you here today.”
Dr. Garie finally thought of something serious. He frowned slightly and said to
Joe, “When I examined her yesterday, I found that there were at least two

Seeing that Joe was getting anxious again, Dr. Garie gestured for him to stop. “I

every day without any interruption.”
This put an end to Joe’s thoughts of running in two directions.

it’s impossible.”
Dr. Garie looked out of the window and saw Evelina watering the flowers in the
garden with a faint smile on her face.
“Evelina is seriously ill. I can’t take her to work.”
Joe was stunned. He followed the gaze of Dr. Garie and saw Evelina in the yard.
“What? But Mrs. Garie…”
If it weren’t for Dr. Garie mentioning it, Joe might never have been able to
a*sociate Evelina with the patient.
