Chapter 780 Revelation of Tears
This was the first time Charlotte had cried since losing her memory.
Although she still doesn’t understand why she cried, it’s already a sign of
progress.
“Did you cry?”
Joe noticed her emotional change, quickly stepped in front of her, and gently
wiped away the tears from her eyes.
Charlotte shook her head silently, “I’m fine. If I could actually cry, it would be a
good thing for me.”
Joe fell silent upon hearing her words.
According to Charlotte’s current symptoms, being able to cry would indeed be
a good thing.
“Charlotte?”

Gideon hurriedly walked over.
To be precise, Lena was briskly walking in front while Gideon carefully

“Be careful! She’s back now; she won’t run away.”
Charlotte looked to Joe for help. Joe cleared his throat and explained, “They
are your seniors from architecture school, and you had a good relationship
with them.”
After hearing Joe’s introduction, Charlotte observed the two people carefully
but still had no recollection of them.
Lena quickly walked up to Charlotte, and when she looked into her unfamiliar
eyes, she froze.
Joe had informed them of Charlotte’s current condition before they arrived.
However, both Lena and Gideon had some hope that she might recognize
them.
But the reality proved otherwise; she didn’t recognize them.
“Well…I’m Lena,” Lena said, choking back tears and hugging Charlotte tightly,
“Why did you lose your memory all of a sudden? If I catch the person who did
this to you, I swear I’ll cripple him!”
Gideon, standing behind her, looked sympathetically at Charlotte, and then
turned to Joe, “Can her memory be restored?”
Joe shook his head, “A psychological expert will evaluate her tomorrow, and
then we’ll know.”
Gideon looked thoughtfully at Charlotte, “I also know some renowned
psychologists internationally, if needed…”
Joe nodded, acknowledging Gideon’s goodwill.
Although she didn’t remember Lena, Charlotte didn’t resist her embrace. After
she had calmed down, Charlotte said to her, “I’m fine. Just losing my memory
is already fortunate.”
