Seeing my anxiety, with Daniel by my side, he furrowed his brows and asked, “What happened? Do you need help?”
I shook my head, noticing his red, swollen eyes and pale face, I couldn’t help but ask again, “Are you okay?”
He shook his head, his face looking somewhat distressed as he said, “Something happened at home. You go ahead. If you need any help, give me a call.”
I nodded, not bothering to think too much, and hurriedly left the hospital with Daniel.
Sebastian’s efficiency was indeed impressive. As soon as Daniel and I left, he had driven the car to the hospital entrance. It was a black SUV, very domineering.
