Chapter 9 Took Off the Uniform
In the past, Gianna always talked to Levi cautiously.
It was the first time her attitude was so tough and indifferent toward him in the office.
Levi’s face darkened immediately.
“Is there such a thing? Levi?”
The second Naomi approached, Levi frowned imperceptibly. “Of course not.”
He said brutally, “As she said, the Rivera Group has many talents. There is no need to keep an ordinary secretary’s passport.
“However, since she wants to resign, the handover must be exactly. If she wears the work uniform distributed by the group and leaves without any handover, it is against the Rivera Group’s rules.”
Gianna finally understood Levi’s intention to force her to join the group with her passport.
Either stayed here or left with nothing.
He used such means to force her to submit and also supposed that she would submit.
At this moment, the last trace of her self–esteem was wiped out by Levi.
“So, I see. In this case, it’s indeed Ms. Lewis‘ fault.
“I almost thought you have something to do with Levi…”
Gianna saw Naomi going to lean against Levi’s chest. She suppressed her trembling heart, took off her black female coat, and unbuttoned her shirt.
She said firmly, “I’ll take it off.”
Levi was right. Since she wanted to end the relationship, she had to cut off everything completely. Her sudden movement made everybody in the president’s office fall silent quickly.
Naomi looked at Gianna in disbelief.
Levi had already slightly lowered his head. His indifferent eyes tainted with lust suddenly froze. In the past few days of contact with Gianna, he felt she was completely different from before. That feeling was indescribable. Levi felt that she was about to break free from his control.
He lost control of her.
Maybe in the past three years of marriage, he never knew her.
What happened in the president’s office quickly spread in the company. Many employees curiously looked at the door. No one thought Gianna, who was always elegant and gentle, would have such a tough side.
In order to resign, she took off her uniform in public!
Gianna took off the shirt, and only a short white vest was left on her upper body, revealing her perfect figure.
She had a great curve. The employees outside the door stared at her and sighed, “It’s unexpected that Ms. Lewis has such a good figure!”
“Yeah. The uniforms are loose. No one can tell if a person’s figure is good.”
The discussion came to an abrupt end with a slap from Jason. “You are idle. Don’t you have to work? Go back to your position, or I will deduct your wages right away!”
These employees looked at each other and immediately dispersed.
Jason peeked through the slit of the pleated window and couldn’t help muttering in his heart.
It was also the first time he saw Levi embarrassing a secretary who was about to resign. “Is there some misunderstanding?”
In the office, Gianna had taken off her shirt. She shivered due to the sudden cold.
She endured the cold and looked up at Levi.
“Mr. Rivera, can you give me my passport now?”
She was afraid that Levi would find a reason to refuse her again. She added, “As for the handover you mentioned, I will send it to Jason by email after I settle down. If you are worried, there is no need to pay me the last month’s salary.”
She was determined to cut off contact with him.
Gianna’s attitude was firm. Levi’s eyes were cold, and an unknown emotion aroused in his heart.
