“What’s on your mind, Gianna?”
Direct and to the point, Gianna fired back. “Thiago, is there something going on between
her, your industry junior?”
Thiago finally caught her drift and flashed a sly grin.

“When did you become so interested in my love life, Gianna?”
Gianna got a little edgy as Thiago sidestepped her question. “Thiago, are you into her or what?” Thiago flicked her forehead lightly. “What’s gotten into you? Sar is just my industry junior. End of story.”
Rubbing her forehead, Gianna muttered, “Sar, huh? You’re already using nicknames. How can I bet sure you’re not lying?”
“Gianna,” Thiago sighed, his patience wearing thin. “What do I have to say to convince you?”
“I trust you, Thiago. I’m just not sure others see it the same way.” Gianna couldn’t help but recall the suggestive looks Sarah had given Thiago.
“Thiago… I…”

She moved on, saying only, “I’m heading in,” before brushing past him.
At that moment, Sarah came running over, eagerly linking arms with Thiago. “Thiago, could you
show me around?”
Behind him, Natasha paused but chose not to turn around. She simply knocked on Gianna’s door.
“Come in!”
Natasha pushed the door open, sealing it behind her. Only then did Thiago turn his gaze away from the closed door, staying silent.

“Thiago, what are you staring at?” Sarah was beyond curious.
Keeping his expression neutral, Thiago withdrew his arm. “Let’s keep it professional here. Keep our distance.”
Confused and a little hurt, Sarah pulled back her hand.
“Did I do something wrong?”
Thiago regained his focus and looked her over. “No, but let’s be mindful of office decorum.”
Sarah beamed in comprehension. “Got it, Thiago.”
Thiago was quick to add, “I’ve got some things to take care of, so I can’t give you a tour. My a*sistant will handle it
