Erwin checked his wristwatch.
“Ms. Lewis, the ship is set to depart in 15 minutes, and there are only three tickets left. The b*dyguards might need to catch the next ferry.”
“How long until the next ferry?”
“One hour.”
Gianna accepted the ferry tickets from Erwin. “That’s fine. We can proceed. It’s just a routine. inspection, so there shouldn’t be any issues.”
Erwin hesitated. “But Mr. Chaim Lewis insisted that they accompany you wherever you go… Erwin was somewhat concerned since it was an island, and he worried about Gianna’s safety.
At that moment, Shawn approached Gianna, and she motioned for him to join them. “Shawn, over here.”
Erwin was taken aback by Shawn’s appearance but also impressed. “Mr. Fallon and Ms. Lewis. seem to have a strong bond!”
With Shawn by her side, he felt rea*sured.
He believed that as long as Shawn was there, Gianna would be safe.
The three of them boarded the ship. Gianna wasn’t accustomed to boat travel and felt a bit uncomfortable. However, the journey was relatively short, just over an hour, and they soon arrived at Shallow Blue Bay Island.

many pa*sengers on the ship, only the three of them disembarked.
They walked along the embarkation bridge for a while before setting foot on the island.

The representative glanced at Erwin and then at Gianna in the distance, confirming their identities, and they shared a smile.
“Welcome, welcome. Our boss has been eagerly awaiting your arrival. Let’s all go together…”
Erwin found the situation somewhat peculiar but couldn’t quite pinpoint what was wrong. “Ms. Lewis, should we proceed?”
However, Gianna didn’t respond. She fixed her gaze on the two individuals. After a moment, she recognized them as the henchmen who had been with Tony at the bar that day.
She sneered, her l*ps curling into a mocking smile, “Where’s Tony?”
The representative was taken aback that Gianna had so swiftly discerned their identities. His expression changed instantly. “Young lady, you dare to utter Mr. Olsen’s name so casually on our turf? Do you realize that today is the day you die?”
As he spoke, Erwin began to realize that something was gravely amiss. “Ms. Lewis, are these the
human traffickers?”
He reached for his phone to call for a*sistance, but there was no signal. “What do we do? Ms. Lewis, there are only three of us. If they capture us, it’s over.”
The representative and his companion shared hearty laughter at the situation. “We warned you, your death approaches!”
Before they could react, a group of individuals seemingly emerged out of thin air, encircling them. Erwin was about to resist, but Gianna swiftly tugged his arm.
Erwin was perplexed until Gianna gave him an encouraging look.
“No need for words. Take me to see Tony.”
“Well done, Ms. Lewis. You’ve got some courage. Come with us.”
A group of people moved in to secure Gianna,
As they approached Gianna, Shawn’s eyes narrowed.
With a swift, precise, and powerful motion, Shawn incapacitated the henchmen.
They hadn’t even seen how he did it, but the henchman fell heavily to the ground, writhing in pain.
