Chapter 193 Mind Your Own Business
Even if Levi saved her today, it would be difficult to erase the harm he had caused her.
“You should read more and gossip less. Mind your own business!” Gianna’s words had a sharp
tone.
Her attitude was clear.
Victor smiled awkwardly. “Alright then, I’ll go check on him now. Goodbye.”
After saying that, he quickly left.
After leaving the hospital, Gianna received a call from Raymond. “We found out that Joyce is the owner of the car. She was the one driving it today.”
Upon hearing this name, Gianna sneered.
“She’s targeting me, isn’t she?”
“Yes, Ms. Lewis! But it doesn’t seem like a deliberate crime, more like a random one,” Raymond replied.
Gianna pursed her lips. “Does she have anyone else in her family?”
“We checked. She is an orphan who grew up in an orphanage and later got into Silver University independently. She relied on donations from kind–hearted individuals during her studies and worked part–time to complète her education.”
So, she had quite an inspiring story.
“Where is she now?”
“We have her under control. How do you want to handle this?”
Although Raymond was asking for Gianna’s opinion, he knew that according to the way of the Lewis family, Joyce’s fate would be death or incapacitation, leaving no trace behind.
So, as long as Gianna said it, he would have his subordinates take care of this trouble.
“Collect evidence, submit it to the public security authorities, and handle it according to the law.“”
Raymond exclaimed, “Ms. Lewis, are you just letting her go so easily?”
Gianna couldn’t understand. “Isn’t this a normal and legal approach?”
She wanted to punish her only in this way.
Moreover, she still had some mercy for her.
But it didn’t mean she wasn’t a saint and would easily forgive.
It was that Joyce had strong design abilities, and she must have put in more effort than others to
grow.
It wasn’t easy for her to come from an orphanage all the way to where she was. She didn’t want Joyce’s entire life to be ruined because of the mistake.
She still wanted to leave Joyce a way out.
“But, Ms. Lewis… she posed a threat to your life,” Raymond said.
“So let her reflect in prison. Through the reform in prison, she will realize her mistakes and start anew,” Gianna replied.
Seeing Gianna’s determination, Raymond had no choice but to comply.
“Yes, Ms. Lewis.”
Chapter 194 Never Repeat the Mistakes
“Don’t you remember me? We met at Naomi’s birthday party before.”
When Emily mentioned Naomi, Alaia finally recalled it and said, “Are you Naomi’s cousin?”
“Yes, it’s me.”
Alaia didn’t have a good impression of Emily, so she replied with an insincere smile, “What a small world.”
Emily didn’t mind and sat down in front of her.
Emily had been busy looking for a job recently.
She had been unemployed for almost a month. All of this was caused by that bitch Gianna.
“Have you seen Naomi?” Emily asked.
Since Naomi was imprisoned, Alaia had not visited her to avoid suspicion.
But she didn’t want to look selfish and asked with concern, “I’ve been very busy recently and haven’t found time yet. How is Naomi doing now? Is she okay in prison?”
Emily shook her head slightly.
“How can anyone be good in prison? All this is because of that woman.” Emily said, glancing at Gianna not far away.
Alaia knew that Naomi had been sent to prison by Gianna.
This Gianna was really poisonous!
