Clyde’s warm fingertips gently grazed her eyes.
Feeling this warmth, Natalie felt as if she had been scorched. A stifling sensation rose in her chest.
Clyde said, “The doctor mentioned your condition is severe. You need to listen this time, okay?

“What’s wrong?” Clyde asked as he lowered his head to look at Natalie.
“Let things flow naturally, alright?” Natalie said in a heavy tone.
Clyde paused for a moment, realizing the gravity of Natalie’s words. Considering the Jarvis family’s background, it wasn’t particularly challenging to arrange this surgery for her.
However, he now understood why she hesitated.
