Pearl and Richard went to a place that Ezra could never have imagined.
She was all smiles at the FX E-sports clubhouse, which made Felix a bit uneasy. “So, are you guys planning to stay here?”
“Felix, you’re my cousin, right? I’m counting on you not to rat me out, okay?” Pearl blinked piteously.
“But Grandfather will kill me if he finds out.” Felix wasn’t eager to go home, but he was quite scared of Ezra.
“Don’t worry I won’t expose you.”
For now, the club was their safest haven. As long as they evaded Ezra’s search and waited until things cooled down a bit, they could sort everything out.
BirdsofPrey and the two others who had gamed with Pearl before were thrilled to see her.
Grinning, Birdsof Prey suggested, “Miss Pearl, you should stick around and join our team. You’ll become super popular.”
RadishX nodded and took his phone out. “I’ve been doing live broadcasts lately. I’ve gained hundreds of thousands of new fans since you were away. I think I’ll hit a million fans soon.”
Pearl burst into laughter. “Why are you doing live broadcasts?”
“Well, I can interact with the fans who like me and… make money!”
Superscion smiled and patted his back. “Don’t listen to him. He’s not making much in a day.”

After hanging up, Pearl looked at Richard and sighed. The latter had suggested that she keep a low profile for a while, but she
refused.
“Why should I? I want to be out in the open.”
“What’s your plan?” Richard was shocked, though he understood Pearl’s approach.
Pearl glanced at RadishX and smiled. “I’m going to do live broadcasts.”
Hearing that, RadishX jumped up. “Miss Pearl, you’re going to do it?”
“Yeah, my company is short on funds and can’t get a loan. Live broadcasting is my only option.”
