Gideon laughed loudly on the phone. “All right. All right. Whatever you say. I know you just got divorced and are in a bad mood. I will give you time to pull yourself together.”
As Ottilie just gave birth to a child, Gideon was focused on that child and didn’t put much pressure on Elijah.
Elijah hung up the phone directly!
He didn’t go to the company but went to the club, calling Ben out to drink with him.
As a result, Ben brought Imogen with him.

“She’ll run around if I don’t at her,” Ben said coldly.
Imogen wore a smile but cursed Ben in her heart.
Elijah and Ben drank silently and communicated occasionally while Imogen quietly played with her phone beside them.
Suddenly, Imogen’s expression became weird.
She looked up at Elijah several times and finally typed several words on the phone.
[No wonder Elijah called Ben over for a drink in the daytime. You guys really have divorced?]

Ben nodded. “Yes.”

it?”

Unexpectedly, Cordelia took out a zippo with a heart pattern from her small bag and handed it to him with both hands.
She looked at him with innocent eyes like a deer, and her delicate face was full of expectation.
She was expecting Elijah to use her lighter.
Elijah chuckled, lit a cigarette, and asked Cordelia generously, “Do you want to try?”
Cordelia shook her head and lowered her head slightly with a red face.
Elijah suddenly grabbed her arm, pulled her closer, and looked at her drunkenly.
“You’re so beautiful. Are you an adult?”
Cordelia nodded fiercely and said with a little pride, “I’m almost 20 years old.”
Elijah leaned against the tree and pulled her into his arms. “Great.”
Cordelia carefully pushed his ch*st and looked up at him seriously. “What are you saying?”
