Chapter 114 Taste Better When You Feed Me
Listening to Cordelia’s silence, Adam felt uneasy.
“Cordelia, have I… caused you trouble?”
“No. However, I didn’t receive them, sorry.” Cordelia had accepted the result.
She guessed that Elijah looked at her phone and deleted those messages.
No wonder he suddenly seemed unhappy last night.
If it were the past, maybe he would have quarreled with her directly, right?
After all, he had been waiting to catch her!
The more she thought about it, the more upset she became. And Cordelia said to Adam, “I will listen to Eason tell me about him.”
She wanted to know what Eason tried to tell her through Adam!
After hanging up the phone, Cordelia asked Nora to make lunch and took it to Hansen Group.
She came here on a whim and didn’t tell Elijah in advance.

Coming in, Cordelia saw Eva feeding him fruit, looking at him affectionately.
Cordelia’s eyes suddenly darkened.
“It seems that I came at the wrong time.” She stood at the door and looked straight at the two people inside.
Elijah looked up at the door, seeming a little surprised.
He stood up calmly and greeted her with a smile, “Why are you here?”
Glancing at the two bento boxes on the coffee table with only scraps, Cordelia threw the lunch she had brought into the trash
can.
“I’m sorry to bother you. And I’m just here to throw out the trash,” Cordelia said with a deadpan tone.
Elijah smiled lightly, as if he liked seeing her act petty, and grabbed her arm.
At this moment, Eva came over in a wheelchair and explained
with a look of fear, “Cordelia, don’t get me wrong. My nurse was on vacation today, so no one cared for me. Elijah felt sorry for me, so he brought me with him.”
“Otherwise?” Cordelia looked at her, pretending to be curious. “Do you still want to come here every day?”
“No.” Eva quickly denied, “Elijah used to go to my house to accompany me.”
These two sentences bring out a lot of information, and every sentence could hurt Cordelia.
Cordelia glanced at Elijah with a half-smile, and her eyes were full of sarcasm.
Elijah didn’t speak but silently bent over to pick up the lunch brought by Cordelia from the trash can.
“It is not necessary, Mr. Hansen.” Cordelia wanted to stop him.
But the man said, “You worry I am hungry, so you bring the lunch for me. How can I throw it?”
With this, he took Cordelia’s hand and sat down at the desk.
Before she could react, the man pulled her onto his lap.
“What are you doing?” Cordelia frowned.
“Please consciously sit in your special scat,” Elijah whispered in her car.
glancing at Eva, Cordelia saw her staring
blankly at intimate people, her l*ps trembling.
She smiled and said softly, “Aren’t you afraid Miss Lewis will be sad if you are like this?”
“I have already made an appointment for a part-time worker to come over. After she comes, I’ll let them leave,” Elijah said coldly.
“Elijah, I don’t want to leave…” Eva said with a sob.
Cordelia looked at her. “Miss Lewis’s tears are worthless.”
After speaking, she filled the food with a spoon and put it into Elijah’s mouth. “Haven’t you eaten?”
“I lost my appetite just now. Now I’m hungry again,” Elijah said calmly.
“Then eat some more,” Cordelia said while handing him the
spoon.
Elijah didn’t take it. “It’ll taste better when you feed me.”
