Chapter 457 I Will Handle Everything
Naturally, Willow didn’t want Rebecca to get affected by this scandal.
Through her past conversations with Rebecca, she knew the latter had put a great deal of effort into becoming a celebrity.

“Don’t worry. Let’s find Rebecca first,” Caspian said as he gave her a comforting pat on the
shoulder.
Meanwhile, over at Starsphere Media’s branch office, Rebecca was blindsided by the sudden
scandal.
“Don’t worry, Rebecca. I’ll handle this,” Keller assured her.
“Okay. I’m fine,” Rebecca said as she wiped her tears away. She had just cried her heart out.
Even though it wasn’t her first time suffering from such malicious attacks, it was still hard for her to take it. This scandal threatened to destroy her reputation.
Just then, Willow and Caspian came into the office.
“Mr. Lynch! Ms. Stewart!”
“Are you okay, Rebecca?” Willow asked as she hugged Rebecca.
“Willow, I didn’t do those things…”
Returning the hug, Rebecca began to sob again.
Willow felt bad to see Rebecca in distress. Tearing up herself, she said, “Don’t worry, Rebecca. No one can do anything to you, not when Caspian and I are here. We’ll deal with everything.”
“How’s the situation now?” Caspian asked Keller.
“It’s not looking good for us. Many media channels are also reporting on Rebecca’s supposed sordid love life. Even though they’re all lies, it’s hard for people not to believe such slander when all media channels are saying the same thing,” Keller said while shaking his head.

“Do you have an idea, Mr. Lynch?” he asked.
Although Caspian was not involved in the entertainment industry, Keller knew he had an extraordinary identity.
As long as he took action, they could surely restore Rebecca’s reputation.
“This won’t be a problem. We just have to find who the mastermind is,” Caspian said coolly.
He took his phone out and called Macy.
“I have an assignment for you, Macy. Find out who’s slandering Rebecca!”
“Got it, Lord Caspian!”
After ending the call, Macy instantly gathered a team to dig up all the information they could
find.
Over at Hoover Media in Dhord City, Ethan was in his office, snickering as he read the news on his phone.
“Hahaha! It was so easy to destroy your reputation, Rebecca! I’d love to know how you’re feeling right now!”
He was the one who orchestrated the scandal, and he got it done just by giving the order to the employees at Hoover Media.
In just one hour, Rebecca’s news went viral.
Ethan grinned in satisfaction.
All of a sudden, someone barged into his office.
An outraged Mia came storming in before questioning darkly, “Why did you destroy the reputation of an innocent woman?”
As soon as she saw the news, she figured out who was slandering Rebecca.
Mia had experienced similar situations numerous times and knew how important a woman’s reputation was.
Despite being Rebecca’s rival in the entertainment industry, she was determined to Ethan for what he did.

“Mia, don’t think you can take this attitude with me just because you’re famous now! Don’t forget that my company made you the star you are today! I can destroy your career just as easily as it took me to make you a star!” Ethan threatened menacingly
Ethan detested Mia. He thought of her as a woman who seduced men to achieve her current
success.
Ethan wouldn’t even give her the time of day if it weren’t for her strong reputation.
Mia clenched her jaw in fury. She knew that Ethan considered her nothing more than a shameless woman
But at the same time, she was fully aware that if not for Caspian, who helped her during her darkest days, she might’ve died by now.
Hoover Media barely had anything to do with the success she enjoyed in her career.
“You’ll regret your actions, Ethan!” Mia declared before marching out of Ethan’s office.
Ethan simply scoffed scornfully.
To him, female celebrities were nothing more than playthings for wealthy men.
Meanwhile, Caspian received a call from Macy.
“I’ve found the mastermind. Ethan Hoover, the son of the Hoover family, is the one behind the slander against Rebecca!
“The Hoovers are an elite family in Dhord City who are heavily involved in the media industry. That’s why many of the media channels are under their thumb.”
Macy was becoming quite an expert at managing the intelligence network. She was able to get the information needed in very little time.
“The Hoovers, huh? I got it,” Caspian said before terminating the call.
Anger washed over his face.
Caspian wouldn’t have cared if the Hoovers had targeted Southlake Corporation through
business tactics.
Instead, they relied on a dirty trick to ruin Rebecca’s reputation, and Caspian couldn’t put up
with that.
He was going to make Ethan pay for what he did.

Everyone started expressing their opinions on Rebecca’s scandal.
Most of them called her a slut for having such a scandalous private life, and more called her shameless.
Some even called for her to be blacklisted from the entertainment industry.
Naturally, Rebecca’s scandal also affected the sales of Southlake Corporation’s latest products.
Half of the people who recently placed their orders chose to return them, and some of the distributors terminated their contracts with Southlake Corporation.
Still, despite the negative comments Rebecca received online, she didn’t make a public
statement.
She knew she couldn’t say anything at a time like this. There was no way she could clear her
name.
However, Caspian didn’t seem at all worried.
“Don’t panic. It’s a small matter. I can sort everything out,” Caspian said to Rebecca and the
others.
Rebecca and Keller were both dumbstruck.
With an unruffled expression, Caspian was sitting in the office enjoying a plate of fruit and a cup of coffee. Could he really resolve this crisis?
They knew how challenging it was to deal with this scandal. The most important aspect was overcoming everyone’s preconceived assumptions that the scandal was true.
Failing that, all they could do was wait. Once enough time had passed and the news faded from the public eye, everyone would eventually forget about it.
