“Don’t come closer, or I’ll shoot!” she screamed hoarsely, trying to intimidate them.
In truth, Bernard felt a bit jittery. He wasn’t certain if Jessica would open fire.
“Put down your weapon now, or you’ll die for sure!” Bernard shouted.
“Go to hell!” Jessica lost her sanity and shouted loudly.
She was ready to shoot.

The man in black took off his sunglasses and hat.
He was the protector of the Kane family, Alfred Kane.
When Jessica saw him, she was overjoyed.
“Greetings to Mr. Kane!” Jessica knelt on the ground and showed her respect.
She breathed a sigh of relief upon seeing him.
She knew he was powerful as he was the senior protector of the Kane family of Dhord City.
