She wondered if Kristian’s mind was addled in some way. Why did he suddenly make such a proposition to her?
In fact, she was disgusted by the sight of him.
“What on earth are you saying? My husband’s standing right here!” Willow snapped as she scooted closer to Caspian.
“What? Who’s your husband? Him? Look at him, he’s such a poor loser. He’s not good enough for you!” Kristian snorted. “If you become my lover, I’ll buy this gown for you!”
Everyone in the bridal boutique was flabbergasted.
Was there something wrong with Kristian?

He figured money was all it took to get what he wanted.

A hand slammed against Kristian’s face.
Kristian held his aching cheek with a look of shock.
He glowered at Caspian.

Caspian smirked in derision.
As Kristian came charging at him, he raised his hand and slapped Kristian once more. This time, he did not hold back.
Kristian flew several feet backward before crashing to the floor.
He spat out a mouthful of blood, and out with it came a few of his teeth.
Once again, the crowd of onlookers was thunderstruck.
Kristian slowly climbed to his feet.
“How dare you mess with me, bastard? You won’t be getting out of Sealand alive!” Kristian howled with a menacing expression.
The slap mark was clearly visible on his cheek.
“Get the hell out of here at once, or I’ll make you crawl out of here!” Caspian commanded in
annoyance.
Kristian cowered. After getting hit by Caspian multiple times, he started to feel fearful.
“So be it. You may be all high and mighty now, but just you wait. I’ll get you for this!” Kristian threatened before fleeing with his tail between his legs.
If he stuck around any longer, he would probably get another beating.
Meanwhile, the boutique owner was stunned. She did not expect Caspian to be that powerful and merciless toward Kristian.
Once Kristian left, Caspian took out his Golden Dragon card again and said, “Settle the bill!”
“Yes, of course!” the owner replied with a nod as she took the card.

“If anyone ignores this rule, the Jenningses will find ways to take them down!”
Caspian nodded and said nothing. He simply led Willow out of the boutique.
“Hubby, why do you have so much money in your bank account? Why didn’t you tell me about. it?” Willow asked puzzledly after seeing the notification of the balance in Caspian’s bank
account.
“Well, you know about my position as a general officer in the army, right? The money is from all the bonuses I received back then,” Caspian explained.
Willow did not know that he was Lord Caspian, the Diatoranian God of War. His debit card
could be used anywhere in Diatoran.
She nodded and did not ask any further questions.
Meanwhile, the boutique owner shook her head as she watched them leave. She knew that the Jennings family would not let the couple off the hook.
Once Caspian and Willow returned to Sealand Hotel, Sylvia came to see Caspian.
“Sylvia, look into the Jennings family of Sealand,” Caspian instructed.
