As Kelsie stared at the three men who were on their knees, the situation finally dawned on her.
“What…” She gasped as her eyes widened. She could not accept what was happening.
Had Caspian been telling the truth?
But how could Willow be the CEO of Southlake Corporation?
“B**ch, why are you just standing here? Get on your knees and apologize to Ms. Stewart!”
Bernard snarled at Kelsie.
At last, he realized why Lincoln feared Caspian and Willow.
It turned out that Willow was the CEO of Southlake Corporation!
Kelsie froze from shock for a brief moment before kneeling. She was trembling uncontrollably, and her mind went blank.
All of Willow’s old high school classmates were stunned as well. None of them expected Willow to actually be the CEO of Southlake Corporation.
Just minutes ago, they had all mocked her in some form.
“Didn’t you say you were going to expose us, Fritz? Why are you on your knees now?” Caspian asked tauntingly.
“You bastard! How dare you say such things to Mr. Lynch?” Geoffrey growled in rage as he glared at Fritz.
Fritz had messed up badly this time, and Geoffrey had been dragged down with him.
While it was true that Geoffrey was in charge of Southlake Corporation’s branch office, he was nothing compared to Willow. She could fire him at the drop of a hat.
“Uncle Geoffrey…” Fritz mumbled. He did not know what to say.
How could he have believed that Willow was the CEO of Southlake Corporation?
If he had known her true identity, he would never have messed around!
At this moment, Fritz finally realized what a clown he had been.
Caspian and Willow must have been amused by the way he pretended to be a big shot in front
of the others.
“Don’t call me your uncle! From now on, I no longer recognize you as my nephew!” Geoffrey grimly declared.

Fritz slumped onto the floor.
Even though he returned to the country after furthering his studies abroad, he only managed to become a manager in Southlake Corporation’s branch office because of Geoffrey.
If Geoffrey severed ties with him, his bright future would go up in flames.
“Ms. Stewart, Mr. Lynch, it’s my fault for not educating this bastard properly. Please have mercy and forgive us just this once,” Geoffrey pleaded.
Caspian and Willow were the reasons why he managed to head the branch office.
“Ms. Stewart, Mr. Lynch, I was blind and ignorant. Please ignore what I said and give me another chance,” Fritz begged through his tears as well.
If he got fired, he would never be able to get a job in a company as good as Southlake
Corporation.
Fritz knew that if Willow and Caspian did not forgive him, he would be done for.
Looking at the three men, Caspian shook his head. Initially, he did not intend to get into a conflict with these people, but he did not expect a simple meal to lead to all this trouble.
“You can deal with them, hubby. I won’t get involved,” Caspian turned to Willow and said.
“You should handle the matter instead, hubby. I don’t want to deal with this either. I just wanted to have a meal with everyone, but after everything that happened, I don’t want to stay here anymore,” Willow replied.
All along, Willow had been a strong and assertive career woman.
But now,
she had grown reliant on Caspian. Whenever he was around, she felt at ease and did not have to worry about anything.
Caspian eyed Bernard, Geoffrey, and Fritz.
His sharp gaze made them lower their heads in trepidation.
“Report to Lincoln yourself, Bernard. I’ll leave the punishment to him,” Caspian said calmly.
“Understood, Mr. Lynch!” Bernard replied before exhaling in relief.
Fortunately for him, Caspian and Willow were not deeply angered. Otherwise, he would not be able to stay in Southlake City.

Caspian continued, “As a warning, you’ll be removed from your position as the head of the branch office for one month and be penalized a month’s salary as well. I hope you’ll take the time to reflect on your actions. You’ll be reinstated after one month.
“Thank you, Mr. Lynch. Thank you, Ms. Stewart,” Geoffrey said as he slowly exhaled.
Thankfully, it was a light punishment.
He did not mind it at all–as long as he could continue working for Southlake Corporation.
Meanwhile, Caspian rose from his feet.
“Shall we go, Willow?” Caspian asked gently.
“Okay,” Willow replied with a nod.
Caspian took Willow’s hand and led her out of the room.
This time, no one dared to stop them.
Everyone was dumbstruck.
They could hardly believe that Willow was the CEO of Southlake Corporation.
A few of them knew that she was working at the company, but no one expected her to be the
CEO!
“Goodbye, Ms. Stewart, Mr. Lynch!” Geoffrey called out respectfully.
Once they were gone, he finally stood up.
Not keen to stick around any longer, the rest of the classmates left as well.
“Uncle Geoffrey…” Fritz called out with a resentful expression.
“You bastard! You’re fired! You can work anywhere you want. Just don’t come to the branch office anymore. You nearly got me in so much trouble!”
Fritz’s heart sank. It had not been easy for him to become the supervisor at the branch office, but now, it was all over.
Most importantly, Geoffrey no longer acknowledged Fritz as his nephew. Fritz knew he was going to have a harder time furthering his career in Southlake City.
“Benny, I know I made a mistake, but you won’t hold it against me, right?” Kelsie coaxed as she held onto Bernard just as he was about to leave. She relied on him for money and support.
“Stop bothering me, you bitch! From now onward, we have nothing to do with each other anymore. Don’t look for me again!” Bernard growled before leaving with his subordinates.

“Bernard, you bastard! How can you cast me aside after getting me into bed?” Kelsie wailed..
When the other classmates who left after Caspian and Willow arrived at the entrance, they spotted the two of them standing there.
Two minutes later, a Rolls–Royce pulled up in front of Caspian and Willow.
“The car’s fixed, Caspian. There shouldn’t be any more problems. Please take your seats,” Sylvia said after getting out of the driver’s seat.
She had immediately rushed over after getting the car fixed.
Caspian nodded before getting into the back seat with Willow.
After seeing this, Willow’s classmates realized that Willow and Caspian had been telling the
truth earlier.
Not only did they have a car, but it was even such an expensive one!
