Chapter 64 Involving Eileen
“If you want to join in, I’ll let you have a go at her first…” Zachary smirked cynically, adding, “If you don’t mind, we can do it together. After all, we’ve been friends for so many years. It’s okay to share a woman. All these years, I’ve never seen you touch a woman. It really makes. me wonder if you’re incapable down there!”
In response, Eric glared at Zachary and warned, “If you say one more word, I’ll make you
mute.”
Zachary’s slender, phoenix-like eyes were slightly red, and his l*ps, as if stained with blood, curled up in a very enticing manner. He burst into laughter, his shoulders shaking. “Are you angry? How interesting. I’ve never seen you like this in all these years, Eric.”
Thinking of Eileen, Eric suddenly felt like things were slowly slipping away, eluding his grasp no matter how hard he tried to hold on.
Somewhere deep within his heart, it felt as if there was an empty hole, and he didn’t know how to fill it.
For him, it felt like something was missing.
“After all, it has been ten years. Is there really not a shred of emotion? How about we make a bet? Let’s bet on whether you will fall in love with Eileen. The stake is ten percent of the shares in Monarch Entertainment Club. If you win, I will work under you in the future, and you can order me around as you please,” Zachary suggested.
Eric picked up the suit jacket from the couch and put it on. While fiddling with the collar button with his well-defined fingers, he asked, “Don’t you have anything better to do?”
“What’s the matter? Are you scared?” Zachary asked.
Dressed neatly, Eric cast his deep and piercing gaze upon him. “Who do you think has more worth living, you or Eileen? If you want to mess with her, I won’t stop you. However, don’t blow our cover. If Will finds out, who do you think will end up worse off, you or me?”
After saying those words, Eric left. Every step he took was a risky move.
Suddenly, he stopped at the door, glancing at Zachary sideways. “Drop those absurd. thoughts. Otherwise, I won’t mind taking you to the seaside to clear your head.”
Eric was there to accompany Will to meet a few clients.
Will only decided to bring Eileen back from Peach Fishing Village after they secured a partnership with Smith Corporation.

After finishing her song, Elsie ascended the stairs. She saw Eric, who had been ignoring her, brush past her and leave. With her eyes beautifully made up. Elsie glanced at his retreating figure. It’s been three months since I saw him! Yet, he ignored me. What a heartless jerk.
Elsie quickly entered a private room, taking in the decadent scene within. A handful of men were intimately embracing and k*ssing their female companions. A nauseating smell wafted over, causing a wave of nausea to rise in her stomach.
Upon hearing the sound, many men’s gazes were fixed directly on the mature yet charming and enchanting woman.
With a suppressed smile, Elsie walked in and sat next to Will. Almost immediately, Will wrapped his arm around her waist. His hand ventured toward the thigh revealed by the slit in her gown.
Elsie shyly pretended to pull away, her face flushed with embarra*sment. “What are you doing? So many people are watching!”
At this moment, someone joked, “Will, you’ve got a good eye! I heard she used to be a teacher. How did you get your hands on her?”
Even though Will was wealthy, he couldn’t shake off his uncouth, ruffian-like demeanor. In front of the group of his unsavory friends, his true nature was revealed instantly. “It doesn’t matter how good-looking they are. If they don’t say yes, just pin them down on the bed and nail them. They’ll behave then.”
A joke was made, but Elsie’s face didn’t reveal any emotion. With a hooked corner of her mouth, she suppressed the displeasure in her eyes.
Elsie leaned in and whispered something into Will’s ear.
“Eric?”
Elsie nodded. “Yes.”
Will gently caressed the delicate, smooth leg, lost in thought. “Let him be! He’s in charge of most things at the company. It’s not a big deal if he takes some time off to relax now and then. Why have you suddenly taken an interest in him? What’s brewing in that little head of yours?”
Will was naturally suspicious. Elsie said with a playful pout, “I’m just telling you about his presence at Monarch Entertainment Club so that you won’t blame me for hiding it from when he mentions it in the future! You’re always so suspicious.”

Will’s brows relaxed, and he hugged her, planting a k*ss on her neck. “All right, don’t be mad… How about we go shopping tomorrow? You can buy whatever you want.”
“Hey, what are you two whispering about over there? Is there something we’re not supposed
to hear?”
“What else is there to talk about? It’s all about those things in bed. You’re not getting any younger. Be careful not to hurt your back in bed.”
“Hey girl, when you have some free time, buy some supplements to help this old guy out. If he can’t keep up, come find us. We guarantee to make you feel like you’re in heaven, unable to leave the bed the next day.”
Usually, there would be a grain of truth in every joke, and Will knew his friends well enough. to know what they meant.
Meanwhile, the wound on Eileen’s abdomen had already scabbed over, though it would itch from time to time.
The inability to scratch was what made Eileen most uncomfortable.
The doctor said there would be a scar, but she didn’t mind.
After she was able to get out of bed, she let Matilda go home.
At that moment, Eileen didn’t really need anyone to take care of her.
Aside from Eric’s visit, no one had visited her since.
To them, her existence was insignificant.
However, Sharon would visit her every night. Knowing that Eileen wasn’t accustomed to the food outside, Sharon would prepare meals at home and bring them over.
Although Eileen was supposedly recovering in the hospital, she didn’t gain weight. Instead, she even lost a few kilograms.
Upon hearing a knock on the door of the ward, Eileen, who was engrossed in reading a book. on the balcony, shifted her attention from the pages to the entrance. Without standing up, she uttered, “Please come in.”
The door swung open, revealing a b*dyguard dressed in a sleek black suit. In his hand, he held a delicate pink lunchbox. “Ms. Eileen, your meal is ready.”
Eileen offered a gentle smile as she rose from her chair. “Just leave it there for now. I’ll eat later.”
