Cecelia desperately rushed toward the house. After crossing the wall and arriving at Gabriella’s residence, she found the fire was raging. So, she anxiously shouted, “Help! There is a fire!”
Her voice alarmed the servants, so they all ran out. Seeing Gabriella’s house on fire, they hurriedly grabbed buckets and fire extinguishers to put out the fire.
Cecelia picked up a fire extinguisher and sprayed it toward the flames at the door. Max was still inside. After falling asleep, he might not know about the fire at all. At the thought of this, she felt very anxious. She must go to rescue him!

When Fredric quickly picked up the child and ran out, Cecelia followed behind him without thinking too much. Then, the other people continued to fight the fire.

“Thank you. Please go to work. I’m fine alone.”
Cecelia asked Shepard to go to work because a new patient was sent to the emergency room.
After a while, Fredric picked up Remington, wheeled him to the emergency room, and said, “Ms. Linsey, Mr. Nelson arrived!”
After slowly raising her head, Cecelia saw Remington in pajamas with no shoes. He looked like a mess. He didn’t wear sungla**es, so she could see his dull eyes and the panic on his handsome face.
“Cecelia, are you okay?”
“Yes.”
Remington worriedly asked, “How’s Andres?”
“He almost died.”
Cecelia’s heart hurt. At the thought of what her son had suffered, she somehow felt wronged and uncomfortable.
Tears welled up in her eyes when she coldly said, “Remington, it’s all your fault. It would not have happened if you had not separated us. He is suffering from Carbon monoxide poisoning! I almost lost him!”
Hearing her blaming words, Remington could say nothing to retort. He didn’t want anything to happen to Andres either. Andres was his son, so it was normal for him to care about him. Why was she even angrier than him? She acted as if she were Andres’s biological mother.
“I see, and I will let my people investigate the fire!”
After Remington finished his words, no one spoke again until the nurses pushed the child out of the emergency room.
