Quinsey.
Winnie thought Mrs. Quinsey was talking too mean and deserved to be beaten up. But it was her son’s birthday party, so how could she tolerate that little ba stard causing havoc on the occasion?
Winnie was not willing to let it go. She looked at Cecelia and said, “Miss Cecelia, although Andres didn’t mean it, as his stepmother, shouldn’t you teach your child to apologize for his behavior in public?”
