Jersey stopped her and said, “Cecelia, don’t go! Don’t believe anything he says!”
“Cece, ch*ck your phone,” Remington said before leaving the private room.
After Cecelia took out her phone and read his message, she was surprised and said, “I’m sorry, Jersey. Please continue enjoying the meal. I must go over now!”
“Cecelia!”
Jersey called her name, but she didn’t stop. He wondered what Remington had sent her and why she went to meet him regardless..
