When Ben and Anna woke up, they were lying in a pitch-dark room, unable to

Dennis nodded with teary eyes, understanding that he must follow their

“Don’t worry, Dad and Mom will come to rescue us,” Anna whispered to comfort
him.

Anna believed that her parents were the most capable people in the world who
would come to their rescue without delay.
“Really?” Dennis asked him with a trembling voice, his teeth clattering
uncontrollably.
Both Ben and Anna nodded in agreement, then remembered Dennis couldn’t see
them. “I promise, Dad and Mom will come to rescue us,” they a*sured him.
Thanks to Anna’s comforting words, Dennis, who had been very nervous, finally
calmed down a bit. This also relieved Ben and Anna.
If Dennis were the type of child who didn’t listen and loved to shout, they would

The sound of unlocking came from the door. The three children dared not say
anything more and pretended to be still unconscious.

“This is a robot I made for fun; maybe it can help us communicate with our
