Chapter 876 Being Trapped Together
Charlotte only remembered that at the last moment, Joe held her tightly,
shielding her in his arms.
Then, he emitted a low, muffled groan, and she herself lost consciousness
instantly under the violent impact.
She couldn’t tell how much time had pa*sed when Charlotte finally regained
consciousness.
Her first instinct was to reach out and touch Joe. Feeling his pulsing heartbeat

Joe shook his head.

have affected his spine.

The voice on the other end had been calling continuously, and upon hearing

“That’s great! You’re both alive!”
“We’re trapped in a crevice by a ma*sive boulder. You might have to rescue
us along with it,” Charlotte said helplessly.

out a way to get there as soon as possible. You both need to hang in there.”
