Joe remained noncommittal. “Since you’re so apologetic, why don’t you just use our design?”
Mia decisively refused his proposal, adjusting her mood. “That’s impossible. I believe Mr. Smith should also know that our design was created by Moontide, a previous gold medalist. It’s impeccable both in terms of design concept and final results.”
The Horizon Group and the Smith Group were collaborating on a project, developing a high-end community with holiday villas in the south of the city. The design plan played a crucial role in determining the direction of the project.
Neither Joe nor Mia were willing to back down easily.

Mia stood her ground, undeterred. “Master Warren’s design is too conventional this time. Do you genuinely believe this is the best option?”

Mia’s face darkened.
What she despised most about this situation was not the person spreading such slanderous claims, but the fact that some people reveled in humiliating women, reducing their efforts to mere pursuits of beauty and men.
“Find the person responsible within the next day. Simultaneously, have our lawyers send letters to the Twitter platform, the account publishers, and any users with over 500 reposts. I won’t accept any mediation,” Mia calmly instructed Frank.
Frank was surprised for a moment. He knew that Mia would fight back but didn’t expect her to fight back so thoroughly.
“I want anyone who thinks they can degrade women in this manner to understand their own foolishness,” Mia declared, enunciating each word deliberately.
She turned to Joe, a sarcastic smile on her l*ps. “Don’t you agree, Mr. Smith?”
Earlier that morning, she had asked Levi and Diana to search for Wendy, and now this article had been published. She believed it was connected to Wendy in some way.
Joe understood what she meant, and his eyes darkened. “Absolutely.”
