As Charlotte had expected, Derek appeared in Catherine’s ward early the next morning.
When Charlotte arrived, Derek was chatting with Catherine, with flowers and gifts beside him. However, Catherine’s

Derek was surprised to see Charlotte. “Why are you here?”
