Chapter 40 Encountered with Joe by Chance
Mia was slightly stunned but quickly came to her senses and thanked him.

“This is a hospital. Why can’t I be here?” Mia kept looking in the direction of the blood collection room. She didn’t want to waste time with Joe at all and just wanted to go and see Ben and Anna as soon as possible.
Joe immediately became sullen.
Before he could speak, Wendy, who was wearing a hospital gown, quickly walked over with a gentle smile on her face.

When Wendy saw Joe holding onto Mia, her expression changed dramatically and she grabbed onto Joe’s hand as if she was trying to demonstrate their intimate relationship.

“Joe and I truly love each other. I… I’m pregnant.” Wendy lowered her head, looking very sad.
Mia sneered and said, “It’s not me who made you pregnant. What’s the use of telling me?”
Wendy slightly changed her expression, but soon raised her head pitifully, “I just hope that for the sake of the child…”
As she spoke, she paid attention to Joe’s attitude.
Ever since the incident on Twitter, Joe had clearly become indifferent. In the past few days, he didn’t even call her.

Mia suddenly approached, and Wendy took a step back subconsciously.
