Gideon clearly told the driver his address after he and Lena got in the car
together.
Lena, always quiet, sat beside him as they made their way back to Gideon’s
house. Neither of them found it strange.
Upon opening the door, Gideon habitually turned on the lights but was slowly
dizzy.
