Naomi had never been scolded by Devyn. She felt embarrassed and pressed her lips pitifully. Her body was stiff.
She didn’t want to lower her head humbly in front of outsiders, let alone it was Gianna.
She could only stay in Flenning and couldn’t return to Silver City because of Gianna.
When Naomi felt embarrassed and didn’t know what to do, she caught a glimpse of Levi going
toward her.
She came up with an idea and walked towards Gianna step by step, not stopping until they were
close.
Gianna glanced at Naomi up and down warily. “What do you want to do?”
Naomi’s eyes glittered. They were full of resolution and ruthlessness. She smiled coldly and said,” “Gianna, you forced me to do this…”
“Ah…”
Naomi screamed and fell backward, hitting a vase beside her.
As the huge vase, about three feet high, fell to the ground, Naomi also fell to the ground. She accidentally hit a pillar and passed out.
Gianna looked at the scene in front of her indifferently. She was familiar with Naomi and her method.
Levi stepped forward and helped Naomi, scolding Devyn in a cold tone, “Why didn’t you protect Naomi when you were next to her?”
Devyn looked gloomy and glanced at Naomi.
Ever since Naomi was a child, she would only use that method to fool around when she encountered something that couldn’t be solved. Her family knew her acting skills well but couldn’t expose her.
Levi looked at Gianna coldly. “How could you be ruthless to a pregnant woman?”
When he faced Gianna, he had mixed feelings and even felt somewhat angry, which he couldn’t explain.
Levi wanted to talk to Gianna, but she refused.
Even if he became humble and apologized on his family’s behalf, Gianna still couldn’t forgive or understand him.
Lily recognized Levi and was furious when she saw his intention to protect Naomi. She became increasingly angry. “You are so shameless. Get out of my photography exhibition.”
“Lily, I can deal with it.”
Gianna comforted Lily and patted her hand to tell her that it was okay.
“Have you been bewitched by Naomi? Why did you believe her so much?” Gianna pointed to the surveillance camera above, and her eyes turned cold. “Do you want to go to the surveillance ro to see the truth?”
“Okay.” Levi said coldly, “A pregnant woman can’t joke that way.”
Devyn suddenly laughed.
He thought, “You are wrong. Naomi can do that.”

Naomi, who closed her eyes, became nervous. The idea came to her so quickly that she forgot the surveillance.
Gianna’s supporter was tough. If things got serious, she might have to apologize.
She would never do something so shameful.
“Levi, what happened?”
Naomi pretended to come around and held her forehead fragilely.
Gianna sneered, “See? The one who bewitched you woke up at the right time.”
Levi suddenly let go of Naomi and became gloomier. “Did Gianna push you?”
“No, I accidentally fell,” Naomi said timidly, showing her perfect acting skills.
Levi’s eyes were filled with anger as he looked at Naomi in front of him. “Why did you scream?”
Naomi shivered when Levi stared at her. “I was scared.”
“Can you get lost now?”
Gianna wanted to drive Levi out.
Levi stared at Gianna and got upset. She didn’t take him seriously.
The idea of seeking cooperation with the Dyletan Group was ruined by Naomi, and he could only hold back his anger because he had wronged Gianna.
“Send her back. I’ll leave first,” Lévi told Devyn. Then, he turned around and left.
Quickly walking out of the exhibition hall, Levi frowned and took out his phone to call the driver. Naomi followed him.
“Levi, I’m sorry. I didn’t know I would faint suddenly…”
Levi had a sullen face and said nothing.
Naomi looked at Levi pitifully. “My mind has been a mess recently. I don’t know if it’s because Amber’s death anniversary is coming.”
Hearing Naomi talking about Amber, Levi became gentle, and his frown deepened. “Just take goo care of yourself. Don’t overthink.”
“Levi, can I go back to pay tribute to Amber?”
Naomi’s eyes were charming and pitiful. “I have stayed in Flenning long enough. I know I was wrong.”

“Then I will go back to Hinaland for a few days and come back after the mourning day.”
Because of Amber and his eldest brother, Alex Rivera, Levi had always been extremely tolerant of Naomi, and this time was no exception.
Naomi rubbed her belly, her expression getting darker and gloomier. She must try her best to stay in Silver City this time. She did not want to stay in this awful place for another moment.
She thought, “Gianna, let’s see how you seduce my man once you’re dead!”
After Gianna drove Levi away, she was in a great mood and chatted with Lily for a long time about Lily’s travel experience.
As it was over, Lily called the enormous shopping mall’s person in charge and told him to clear out the entire mall for her and Gianna. Then, the two shopped for a long time before finally returning
home.
Gianna lay on the sofa exhausted and begged for mercy, “Lily, I admire your incredible stamina. It is indeed as expected from someone who traveled across continents.”
Lily asked the servant to hang up the luxury goods she had bought and smiled. “I haven’t bought you clothes for several years. This time I have to buy you all the nice things. Let’s continue in another place tomorrow.”
The over 1000–square–foot living room was filled with all kinds of dresses and jewelry, almost enough to open a store. Gianna looked around and said with a bitter expression, “We’re buying more?”
“Of course.”
“I’m going back to Silver City soon. I won’t have the chance to wear them.”
“Then I’ll mail them back to you via air freight, or I can put them in a room specially reserved for you. When you have the time, you can come back and wear them.”
Gianna shook her head helplessly. This was surely a heartwarming and pleasant “burden“!
Lily remembered that there was one important thing she had to do before leaving, so she hurriedly sat down next to Gianna and said, “Gianna, stay here for a few more days. Shawn will be back tomorrow. You two should find a time to meet up.”
Gianna smiled bitterly. “Okay, whatever you say then, Lily. Come to think of it, it indeed has been quite many years since I last saw Brother Shawn.”
Lily was unhappy when she heard this. “Stop calling him brother, and just call Shawn. You two are not related by blood, so I’m still thinking about making you a couple.”
“Oh my god. Lily is being a horrible matchmaker!”
