“Are you Mr. Watts, the chairman of Wattsiric Bank?”
Gideon smiled slightly. “Yes.”
Maverick, who was standing by, seemed to have thought of something. “Mr. Watts, are you related to Thea?”
Gideon replied directly, “I am Thea’s father.”
It surprised Gianna. She never expected that Thea was the daughter of the chairman of Wattsiric Bank.
“Nice to meet you, Mr. Watts!”
Gianna greeted politely, with a calm and commanding demeanor.

“Ms. Lewis, no need to be so polite.”
Gianna continued, “Mr. Watts, Thea suffered superficial injuries with infected wounds. She is currently out of danger after being treated by doctors, but she hasn’t regained consciousness yet.” Gideon nodded slightly. “I already knew about Thea’s condition before coming here. Thank you very much for saving her, Ms. Lewis.”
“You are welcome, Mr. Watts. It was just a small favor. Now that you’re here, I’ll leave Thea to you, and we will go first.”
“Wait a moment.” Gideon signaled to his butler, who then took out a blank ch*ck and handed it to Gianna.
“Ms. Lewis, this is a token of appreciation from Mr. Watts. Please accept it.”
Without hesitation, Gianna refused directly.
“No need, Mr. Watts. I don’t need it. Please take it back.”
Seeing this, Gideon realized that he was offensive. How could the daughter of the Lewis family lack such trivial amounts?
“I apologize, Ms. Lewis. It was my habit.”
“It’s alright.”
Gideon gestured for the butler to take back the check. “Ms. Lewis, since you don’t need the check, I owe you a favor. If there is anything you need in the future, feel free to contact me.”
A favor from the chairman of Wattsiric Bank was more valuable than a blank check.
Especially for a businessman, having the support of a bank would make everything much more convenient in the future.
“If there is a need, I won’t hesitate to ask,” Gianna said calmly, which pleased Gideon greatly.
It had been a long time since he encountered a young person with such character as Gianna. “Well then, Mr. Watts, I’ll take my leave now.”
Gideon signaled to his butler. “Send Ms. Lewis downstairs.”
Butler replied, “Okay. Ms. Lewis, please this way”
After leaving the hospital, Maverick accompanied Gianna back home.
The Lewis Manor was brightly lit at the moment
Bill sat on the first-floor sofa with a serious expression on his face.
Even though Chaim had repeatedly explained that Gianna was no longer in any danger, Bill’s brows were still furrowed.
“Go and make a phone call to see why Gianna hasn’t come back yet.”
As soon as he finished speaking, the sound of a car came from outside the door.
“Mr. Bill Lewis, Ms. Lewis is back.”
Bill stood up, walked to the window, and looked outside through it. He saw Maverick personally accompany Gianna back.

Regarding Maverick, their families had plans for a marriage alliance in the first place, but back then, Gianna was determined to marry Levi.
