He came to her side and took her ice–cold hand that lacked any warmth. Natalie was about to forcefully pull away from him, but he tightened his grip so she couldn’t break free.
Natalie was silent.
Her whole b*dy was trembling, and Cedric clearly felt her shivering.

“I told you, let go of me!” Her voice trembled, showing extreme resistance to this man.
Cedric naturally sensed her resistance, and it made his ch*st feel even more suffocated. “I won’t let go of you.”
Each word he said carried a sense of bitterness.
