As the woman spoke, she approached Zane. Her eyes carefully scanned Bianca, and the atmosphere grew tense.
In that instant, Bianca instinctively straightened her posture.
“This is my eldest sister–in–law, Yolanda Nelson,” Zane introduced casually, his tone devoid of emotion.
“Nice to meet you,” Bianca replied, maintaining her composure.
Yolanda chuckled dismissively, her demeanor clearly less than welcoming. She circled Bianca, eyes seemingly warm but carrying a different undertone.
“I didn’t expect Zane to bring you along. Here’s a token of our meeting,” Yolanda said, pulling Bianca’s wrist towards her.

“You’re quite sensitive,” Yolanda remarked, her laughter fading as she rejoined the crowd.

Following its source, she locked eyes with a woman whose looks were delicate but whose expression dripped with animosity.
Since Bianca and Zane’s entrance, that animosity seemed to have amplified.

Before he could speak, a butler approached and said, “Lord Zane, you’re back. The master wishes to see you.”

“Are you sure?” Zane asked.
“Of course,” Bianca responded with a relieved smile.
Initially, she had been concerned about getting along with his family members. However, the pain in her wrist served as a stark reminder of their true nature.
With that realization, any apprehension she felt vanished instantly. Given the circumstances, interacting with the Entes family members was suddenly less stressful than she had imagined.
Zane wrapped an arm around her slender waist and planted a warm k*ss on her forehead.
Bianca’s reaction was one of surprise, and the onlookers gasped in astonishment.
