Chapter 12 Her–Brother
In the luxurious suite, Gianna had already woken up. The furniture in the room was the same as when she left a few years ago.
She turned her head and saw a bowl of hot soup on the bedside table. Besides, there were several beautiful dresses on the bed for her to choose and wear.
Her nose twitched and felt wronged.
She had never been treated carefully like this in Silver City.
“After knowing about the air crash; grandfather was very anxious. He called you but couldn’t reach you. He suffered a heart attack and is still lying on the hospital bed.”
Gianna heard the sound of steady footsteps. A tall man in a dark suit walked into her bedroom. He had quite a strong aura.
The man was Gianna’s eldest brother, Chaim Lewis. He brought her back to Dubai from Silver City.
Chaim was the current head of the Lewis family. He looked serious.
Gianna/almost cried out of anxiety when she heard something happened to her grandfather. She got out of bed and asked worriedly, “Chaim! Grandfather…”
“He is okay and resting in bed. But you…
Chaim grabbed her hand and blocked her way out. “Look at you now. Do you have the nerve to meet him? Have you forgotten your original promise?!”
Gianna heard this and suddenly stopped.
Of course, she still remembered it.
She promised her grandfather that if she failed to make Levi fall in love with her and even divorced in the end, she would stay in the Lewis family forever and help the family business. She would even obey the family’s arrangement and marry a man from the Myers family, which was also one of the four major families, to expand the business empire of the Lewis family. She heard that the young master of the Myers family was a famous playboy.

He ordered the secretary while walking, “In the next few days, take Gianna to familiarize herself. with the major industrial parks of the Empyrean Group and all the affairs of the president’s a*sistant.”
“Yes, Mr. Chaim Lewis.”
Their voices gradually faded away. The bedroom became quiet again.
