Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and notify the user who posted the content. If you believe the content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification.
Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you can file a counter-notification with us by providing the following information to our Copyright Agent:
- Identification of the removed material: Describe the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- Your contact information: Include your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement of good faith belief: Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.

Repeat Infringers
MyFlm4u.cam reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
